Sometimes therapy isn’t the first question. Sometimes the question is, “What is actually going on with me?”
For many people, an assessment is the first step toward a life that finally makes sense. Whether you are a parent seeking answers for your child or an adult reflecting on a lifetime of feeling “different,” my goal is to provide clarity that honors your lived experience.
I provide comprehensive ADHD and autism evaluations across the state of Texas through a neuroaffirming, strengths-based lens. Rather than looking for “deficits,” we look at how your or your child’s unique brain and nervous system interact with the world.
Assessment may be helpful if:
- You’ve been told conflicting things about what’s going on
- You feel like something important has been missed
- You want to understand why certain environments, relationships, or expectations are harder for you
- You’re trying to make sense of the overlap between trauma, attention, and emotional regulation
- You want information that actually reflects your lived experience
I provide virtual assessments to clients throughout Texas, including Carrollton, Dallas, Austin, and Houston.
If you’re unsure whether assessment or therapy makes the most sense as a starting point, we can talk that through together.
